1. The Buy Back Guarantee is valid for 10 years after installation date. The Buy Back Guarantee is not conditional to the free annual service call.

The property where the product was installed must have the standard “Protected by Maxidor” sign board clearly in display. The position of the Board is at Maxidor’s discretion, unless the position is
indicated on the order. Excluding Estates or Secure Complexes.

In the unlikely event of a breach through a Maxidor product, the incident must be reported to Maxidor and the SAPS and a case number obtained (within 24 hours).

The service is not transferable and only the client (purchaser) may claim. The client must produce a signed copy of this letter in the event of a claim.

Only the product that has been breached will be covered and any other damaged product will be repaired at the client’s expense; if so instructed.

Only fully paid-up product is covered and only one claim per product will be allowed.

The product must have been purchased after 01 July 2008.

Modifications to the standard product range (unless pre-approved by Maxidor) will render the Buy Back Guarantee void.

This Buy Back Guarantee does not waive any of Maxidor’s rights under the Sales Agreement.

The product must have been installed by a Maxidor approved installer or a Maxidor Franchisee or Agent.
