Good day, I recently decided to have a Maxidor installed over our double sliding doors of our new Townhouse and after calling five companies all together, we decided Maxidor would offer us the best protection at an affordable price. However the price and superior quality only influenced two-thirds of my decision. I approved the Maxidor quotation, not only for the added benefits of SLAMLOCK and the great buy-back guarantee, but also for the excellent service received from both John Tselchous, the sales consultant, and the technician's who handled the installation. The first time I met Mr. Tselchous, he had endured a couple hours of traffic to meet us in the evening at our new place to take measurements. We were greeted with a smile and offered the best and most professional service I have received in many years. We were promised the gates would be up before we moved in and they were put in by a friendly and professional team of two gentlemen who also put in extra effort to meet us after hours on a Friday afternoon. Eben and his colleague pulled through for us and arrived late on Friday the 31st of July to install the gates, as promised. Not only did the installation take less than an hour, but it was a perfect fit and we were more than pleased with the result. I must commend both John Tselchous and Eben for their outstanding service and look forward to dealing with this Maxidor team again. Thanks again for the effort John. Hi Matthew, We just want to let you know how very pleased we are that we had Maxidor installed in the passage in January. We were burglarised last night, and even though the evidence shows that the burglars tried to get into the back part of the house where the bedrooms are, they weren’t able to come in. We all slept soundly through it all. I am so thankful that we are all safe. I would strongly recommend this option of an “inscape” to everybody!
