Dear Sir,
My son arrived home on the 12th August to find three men in our home. We had used Maxidor before and the Maxidor in fact kept the men inside so they were unable to get to my son as he was standing outside.
They told him to open the Maxidor; he pretended to struggle with the key and dropped the keys on the floor. While the men were picking the keys up, he jumped over the wall and escaped. The intruders then got way.
The reason I am writing this letter is to thank you and your company for the excellent service received.
I called John Tselchous as soon as I had found out about the break-in; he was in an appointment, so I called the call centre. John phoned me back within an hour and by that time Marion had already organised for one of your service teams to change the locks for us the same day.
I asked John to come measure up for another door we wanted to secure. He surprised me by arriving at my house half an hour later. While he was there Eban and his team also arrived to change the locks for us.
They worked quickly and neatly and were done before John left. I was then further blown away when I received a call from the installations department two days later to install my door on a Saturday.
Thank you to Clinton, who I believe is your factory Manager, for processing my order so quickly.
My family and I are grateful for the quick response and all around great service received, thank you for pulling out all the stops.
