Hi Sarah, as we discussed on the phone yesterday, Maxidor definitely did not fulfil the expectations of a normal South African company.  I was very disappointed to receive a service where I did not receive an inferior product, nor was it of low quality and then your installation team was on time, professional and clean.
This is not normal for a South African company and you completely disturbed my vision of general services in SA.

I must say, we are really impressed with your service and products.  The reason why Maxidor got the job was because they were the only company that we have contacted that pitched on time to come and make a quote.  All other companies were either late or never pitched.  Once we saw the product, we were confident it was the right one.
Your installation team was very professional and clean.

The purpose of this letter is to formally and publicly commend Mpho Ramorebodi and Henry Mc Duling for the excellent service they provided to Air Liquide (PTY) ltd.  In my opinion, the level of service that the guys extended to our company was far beyond our expectations.

I would like to thank and congratulate Maxidor for the professional service I was offered on the installation of a security gate, it is re-assuring to note that this high level of customer service is still around.  My experience started with a phone call to the Maxidor call centre – from an add I saw on TV.  This was responded to efficiently by Frans Odendaal and he visit me at my earliest convenience, I accepted the quote the next day and paid my deposit.

Approximately 10 working days later I received a phone call from Maxidor requesting if it would be acceptable for the installation to take place on the following Monday, I was sent an SMS with the name and contact details of the installer so that I could make sure that everything was on track, it also allowed me to book the installer into our security estate with the least of effort.
The final payment was made and the proof of payment sent to Frans, I had no issue with requests for proof of payment from the installer as he was obviously updated that the payment had been made.  The installation has been carried out to my satisfaction and I will have no hesitation in referring Maxidor to any of my friends.  Even the follow up call from Sarah just adds that extra touch.
