We recently had Maxidor install burglar doors.  Chantal Frans is a credit to Maxidor and a pleasure to deal with.
 
Chantal sorted out all problems with efficient dignity and kept us well informed as to when installation of a second door could be expected.
 
She went the proverbial extra mile to ensure that the second installation went well, it was extremely difficult for her as there was a time frame for the installation.

She also ensured  that the original installation faults were corrected where possible.

Chantal's service and attention to detail on behalf of Maxidor is unique and a credit to the company.

Maxidor staff installed the safety gate this morning.  I am delighted with both the quality of the product and the way in which it was installed.  From what you told us, I expected rawl bolts into the wall, but they used pop rivets into the existing metal frame - for reasons which were explained to me.  This is not a problem, as it would take a supreme effort to dislodge the gate.

Thank you once again for your prompt and most efficient service.  I am a happy customer, and I will not hesitate to contact Maxidor again, should we require any type of security gate in the future.  I will also recommend you most strongly to friends and acquaintances.

I apologise for corresponding with you at such a late date, after the installation of the 4 security gates in the new boarding house at St Andrew's School for Girls in Bedfordview, Johannesburg, in late April 2009. I am one of the two matrons at the school and things have been really busy since the start of our second term, early in May. I would like to bring to your attention the outstanding service rendered by one of your sales representatives, namely Jodi Scott.

From the time our Estate Manager, Allan Groenewald, and myself dealt with him, his manner was efficient, friendly and professional. Not only did he have a thorough understanding and presentation of his product, but he also was most helpful and obliging in terms of any queries and addressing any personal preferences or requests. It is seldom that one comes across a well presented young man of his calibre, whom I would regard as an asset to a company, and I wish to bring this to your attention.
