Good day, Henry and Sarah,
This letter of recommendation and feedback on the installation of maxidor security gates is well overdue and my greatest apologies for that, but here goes.
I want to thank Henry for the great sales pitch that he did at my house. He showed us the products and took time to explain all the various components that make up the security gate and why they were better than other gates. He was very professional with time keeping and was very child friendly as well as he at times, had to talk over the Tv and my two noisy boys, but he handled it all with professionalism and care not to offend my husband and I. We were given time to feel the sample gate ourselves and he answered all our questions, esp those difficult ones that were asked by my husband.
What caught my attention about Henry was that when I first called him to set up the appointment and told him why we required new gates, (we were burgled, whilst I was home alone with my two sons), he didnt speak badly about the existing gates that I had on, nor did he slam the security company that petrols my areas. What he did do was, advice us that by installing additional security gates, we would have more safety and security and that was really excellent on his part as the other gate reps that came out, spoke badly of my old security gates.
As for the installation team, Welcome and his guys, they were also very professional and fast and knew what they were doing. The team was very well co-ordinated and no time was wasted with any of the installations. Although during the drilling process a mess was made, they cleaned it up themselves and didn't ask for any help from my helper. I found them to be friendly and not guys that come out and waste the clients time. They gave me all the packs of keys and asked me to open them up first, explaining why they cant open up those packets themselves. After installation, each gate was checked and then I was called to inspect and make sure that I was happy with each gate. I was happy. Welcome signed my copy of invoice, as I needed proof that I gave him the cheque. What really impressed me was the communication between Welcome and Henry. As soon as they had finished the installation, Henry phoned to enquire if all went well and he said that he was given feedback by the Installation team.
The installation team didn't even ask me or my helper for any refreshments or anything like that, and that was really well done on their side,as usually when I get contractors out to do a job, I must also entertain them as well. My only regret was that I didn't offer any refreshments to them or Henry but still being very paranoid after my break in ordeal, that thought hasn't crossed my mind at that time. Sorry about that.
Well done to Henry, Welcome and his team for a job done so professional and with such pride.
I will recommend maxidor to all that I know, keep up the good work, Henry and Welcome.

We were broken in on 22 October 2008 and then again on 26 November 2008. I called Maxidor the same day, I was informed that someone would call me within an hour. Hector called me, we made an appointment for this morning for the morning @ 08h30. He arrived in fact earlier, “What a surprise”. Hector was extremely professional and explained all the various options to us. He didn’t need to convince us or did not over sell. What a pleasure to do business with your company.
