Dear Maxidor, I submitted an internet request for a quote for security doors at my home. By the next morning I received an SMS to confirm that a consultant would be in touch shortly. Within an hour Kenneth of Maxidor contacted me and offered to take time on a Saturday (he normally doesn't work Saturdays) to come out and give a quote. He arrived without having to be contacted again and explained the process and gave me the quote. I accepted, paid the deposit and was contacted by your offices the next day to advise when the installation would take place. The team of installers arrived on time on the day that we agreed and the installation was completed very quickly and efficiently. Well done to all of you at Maxidor you certainly understand the concept of customer service. |

Hi Sarah I wish to thank and congratulate Maxidor for the excellent service that we received in the installation of two security doors on the 2nd of July 2009. I would in particular like to express my gratitude towards Lawrence Khauoe, your sales representative and Chris, the person who did the actual installation. We have dealt with Lawrence previously and when we phoned him this time to make an appointment, after we suffered a housebreaking, he assisted us with a quotation on the same day. He provided your factory with the SAPS case number, which in turn resulted in the doors being ready within 2 days. In the circumstances I can only praise his efficiency, the professional manner in which he assisted us and the empathy that he displayed in hearing of the break-in. I believe that he is a great asset to your company. The installation was done by Chris and his team who worked neatly and with as little disruption as was possible in the circumstances. He was friendly and extremely helpful and also ensured that the Maxidor sign was put up on the outside wall of the premises. I was hugely impressed by the manner in which he did the installation. GREAT EXPERIENCE - MAXIDOR INSTALLATION We met Steven Kruger when he quoted on a security installation at our home. He did not hesitate to commit to an after-hours consultation. He got the Formal and Informal mix 100% right, was very courteous, clear on mutual expectations, and did not push for a hard-set. What a pleasure it was to have Robert Payne and Michael in our home for installations. Efficient, Neat and On-time, My wife and I will not hesitate to recommend your company to friends and colleagues. Dear Warren Maxidor staff installed the safety gate this morning. I am delighted with both the quality of the product and the way in which it was installed. From what you told us, I expected rawl bolts into the wall, but they used pop rivets into the existing metal frame - for reasons which were explained to me. This is not a problem, as it would take a supreme effort to dislodge the gate. Thank you once again for your prompt and most efficient service. I am a happy customer, and I will not hesitate to contact Maxidor again, should we require any type of security gate in the future. Dear Sir/s (I apologise for corresponding with you at such a late date) After the installation of the 4 security gates in the new boarding house at St Andrew's School for Girls in Bedfordview, Johannesburg, in late April 2009. I am one of the two matrons at the school and things have been really busy since the start of our second term, early in May. I would like to bring to your attention the outstanding service rendered by one of your sales representatives, namely Jodi Scott.From the time our Estate Manager, Allan Groenewald, and myself dealt with him, his manner was efficient, friendly and professional. Not only did he have a thorough understanding and presentation of his product, but he also was most helpful and obliging in terms of any queries and addressing any personal preferences or requests.
