I just had a MAXIDOR Security door fitted to my patio double doors! I phoned four companies and had a response from Maxidor within 1 hour of my calls.
The professionalism of Lawrence their Sales Representative in the West Rand, called after hours to explain their product and services offered. I then had to phone one of the others to get a comparison quotation I was asked for the size of the door and then sent a quotation.(Based on this information) the quotations were far out I insisted the op. company meet me on site.
Quote re-done!  MAXIDOR got the deal! The company who re-acted and really cared about their business and their clients! Offering not only any excellent product & after sales service which includes an annual check of the security gate! What else could you ask for! I paid and within four days the door was ready to install.  The installers were on time, completed the installation cleaned up , paperwork signed for my records.
All I can say is WELL DONE MAXIDOR you have set a high standard your competitors have a long way to go. My friends have all been informed!!! I am more than impressed!! I will call your Company again.

I, Mr A Blankenberg am the proud new owner of the Maxidor Product.

I recently had my entire home installed with the Maxidor slamlock gates and burglar bars.
Living in South Africa today, I have firsthand experience that we as citizens of the country can’t even be safe in the comfort of our own homes.  Myself and my family have recently been violated in our own home when thieves took the liberty of entering our home and even had the audacity of entering our bedrooms while we were asleep.

With the occurrence of this incident, I immediately decided to contact a few companies who offer this sort of product Maxidor has.  It wasn’t a difficult decision on my part choosing Maxidor, as the service I received from the Agent (Rajesh Sharma) was exceptional in comparison to other companies.

I was very particular in what I wanted and how it needed to be done and Maxidor was happy to cater to my every need. I’m exceptionally happy with the quality of the service, product and workmanship I received. I now feel my family is truly protected, and needless to say we can now once more have peaceful sleep thanks to Maxidor.

Ek het 5 verskillende “slam-lock” veiligheids hek maatskappye gesien en elkeen se produk was anders en natuurlik elkeen het sy sogenaamde voordele en verskillende pryse.  Ons 3 hekke saam by die ànder maatskappye is minder as net die 2 hekke wat ons geneem het, by Maxidor. 

Ten spyte van die feit het Jerome Coskey die enigste een uit al 5 wat sy produk goed ken het en ook die geskiedenis van Maxidor.  Hy het als gedoen om ons te gemoed te kom  en het voorwaarlik die beste diens gelewer, hy het nie net ‘n veiligheids hek verkoop nie maar die diens ook, en ten spyte van die groot prys verskil tussen Maxidor en die ander het ons vir Maxidor gekies, sou verseker nie as dit nie vir Jerome was nie.  Hy het altyd op gevolg en is die beste verkoops persoon wat ek nog tee gekom het, hy het my op die naam genoem as ek hom gebel het, wonderlik!

Die installasie span wil ek ook net voor dankie sê, vir ‘n vinnige, skoon en uitmuntende werk. 

In die toekoms sal ek altyd vir Jerome verwys as enige iemand ‘n veiligheids hek benodig.

Your excellent response time for a quote by both sales men – Bryce and Quinton impressed me.
Your SMS contact system is good – to confirm the sales appointment and the installation date, it gives a person peace of mind (to let them into my home nowadays one has to be alert).
The neat installation and a great product in my opinion make the cost seem small to pay.
I installed a 2.4 meter sliding door – front and back standard doors and three window burglar deterrents.

I would like to place on record my appreciation of the excellent service rendered to myself, from Maxidor, through the efficient attention of Quentin L Assure.  At the end of August 2003, I had in my hands several quotes from various”burglar bar” companies; all these quotes being very similar in costs, But, once I had met with Quentin and realized how enthusiastic he was about his company and product; I had no hesitation in giving Maxidor my business. During the installations of all window bar, slam lock doors etc, not once was there a hiccup (all measurements were quite correct) and everything went according to plan. 

A few weeks ago I had a problem with the front door gate, it was rusting badly and the lock did not work.  This was due to the weather –rain, wind, smog etc.  I contacted Quentin, and he has very kind.  Having now put a roof above the gate, it will hopefully not rust as easily.

Once again “thank you Quentin”, and also my newest slam lock gate (installed 22 Jan 09) is great.
