I must just take a few minutes to thank you for coming to our home yesterday and with such professionalism you have made my wife and I understand your product. It has been a very long time since I have spent money, keeping the current economic challenges in mind, feeling that I am doing the right thing.
You obviously live your job and take customer service and respect vey seriously, and we both appreciated that. Your presentation about your product and getting me to try and cut those “fly’s” as you call them, convinced me that i am presented with a product that is well worth it. At that stage, as I think you knew, I was still concerned with how much this venture was going to cost me.
You presented us with a quote that was really exceptable on top of the fantastic presentation. Let alone the guarantees.
I never thought that I would spend R17000 with such ease feeling so great about it.

Thank you for reacting so promptly to my letter. The two young men who arrived at 09:30, Eben Thessner and Enock Buthelezi, immediately understood my concern. Eben explained why there had to be the play there is on the door. Once he had shown me why two struts could not be removed and also why the middle slam lock is the best for my doorway I felt much happier. There is a logical reason for it and I could not see it for myself.

He also showed me how to close the door quickly and easily. It made such sense once he had shown me where to stand so that I could use the right amount of force to close the door quietly and effectively.
He touched up the scratches for me and now I am happy.

Thank you so much. Now I can justifiably recommend your doors to anyone knowing that your service is prompt and that you do care about your customer.

A note to the Managing Director

Just a quick note to applaud your company on the tremendous service I received from your sales consultant Garth who came to see me yesterday. After I had seen consultants from two other companies, I must say that the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge shown by Garth was a breath of fresh air and stood head and shoulders above the service of the other two.
