I wish to extend my thanks to all of you at Maxidor for the excellent service received from you all.
Goodwin – you were prompt at my door to give me a quote and do all the measurements. On Saturday I called to change my quote. You were not available but returned my call not long after that. On Monday I changed my mind again (luckily before you had a chance to do the new quote). I got my quote during the morning, paid my 50% and the work started .
You kept me up to date. It was not necessary for me to phone you.
Johan – you did a smart job installing the doors. I have no complaints.

Just a short note of thanks for your prompt and excellent service on Tuesday, 7 October 2008. My house was burgled at 10 AM that morning and I called you at 14h00 in order to get a quote for a security gate. You were at my house the same day, advised me on all the security risk areas of my house, and gave me a quote (which I accepted). Security gates were installed on three high risk doors before the weekend, 10 October, as I requested. Service par excellence!

Hello Mark,

As I told you I got the number from the yellow pages and phoned Maxidor and was told, a sales person would contact me. Takalani called and we discussed getting together so I could have the security doors installed. He was punctual, well organized and went through his presentation. I never once had to phone him and ask what was happening, the time he said the people would be at our house to do the installation, they were there. Needless to say I was impressed with Takalani and it was a pleasure to deal with him. His service was tops.
