Towards the end of last year, we moved into a new home & needed to put up a gate. We knew John worked for Maxidor, so we thought we would give him a call. He responded quickly to our request, which was surprising considering it was so late in the year. He said we would get delivery before Maxidor closed at the end of the year. To our surprise, Clinton phoned shortly after the gate was ordered & the installation was completed professionally.

John even came back to our home last week to make sure we were happy.
What really impressed us is that even though it wasn’t a big order, we were really looked after. It is refreshing to come across a sales consultant & company who care about service.

We will have no hesitation recommending John & Maxidor to anyone!

I know that normally one get e-mails complaining about poor service, but I can quite happily tell you that your sales executive namely Mpho called on us last night to present your maxidor, he was very passionate about the product and also very professional and confident. We were in the market to purchase security doors and he was the first person to call on us, needless to say we signed the deal with him due to his dress code and conduct. We then phoned the other suppliers and cancelled our appointments. I just needed to let you know that you have a gem in this representative, we made a decision because of him, the way he presented your product as well as his personality.
