I would like to compliment your company and in particular your service consultant Rajesh Sharma on what I consider exceptional service. We recently had a break in at our premises and decided to investigate various forms of extra security. Within a day Rajesh had made an appointment to see us and then made a very clear concise and extensive presentation on your products. He was empathetic to our need for an aesthetic solution to our security needs and made constructive well informed options for us to consider. This consultation lasted 3 or 4 hours and extended well into his own personal time on a Friday night. He was enthusiastic, well trained, extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with.
We eventually decided that we simply couldn't live with the concept of barrier doors and are taking alternative (admittedly less secure) security measures to increase our security, however if we find that living within the confines of bars is simply unavoidable then we will contact your company and go ahead with his recommendations. Please pass this message on to Rajesh along with our best wishes for his future career as he more than deserves to succeed in which ever direction it takes him.

In this day and age, in an environment that is ultra competitive, it is important to distinguish one’s self from the opposition.
I recently had the good fortune to meet with one of your representitives, Alastair Andrew, who was one of three different reps, from three different companies, who I called upon to quote on security related issues. The manner in which I was contacted, response time and sheer professionalism of the presentation itself, clearly separated Alastair from the opposition. The way in which he handled my various concerns and his response to my price queries, further enhanced his enthusiasm and desire to close the deal.

This letter is a small token of thanks to you and Maxidor. We first installed Maxidors in early 2007 after our first set of renovations. We work at home & security is a big concern for our family, not just during the day, but at night too. However, it is no longer a major concern for us, thanks to our Maxidors.
