Re: My Maxidor installation on the 9th of November, 2007.
I just wanted to thank you and Maxidor for an absolutely wonderful experience regarding my order, from beginning to end.
The service levels I’ve received have been nothing short of exceptional.
I would like to also commend Koos and his installer (Sifelani). The work carried out was very professional, clean and quick.
They took utmost care not to damage anything and keep it clean and dust-free as possible.

It’s now been close to a month later and all the gates are working/sliding wonderfully!

Not to mention your receptionist, who kept me updated – even to the point when your crew was leaving the factory, on its way to me. When the bottom rail was missing at fitment, Nico personally came to the rescue with the substitute component. The job was completed professionally and in no time at all. Gisteroggend, 3/12/2007, het ek 'n oproep van Kol Deysel ontvang om die saak met my te bespreek.
Die middag ongeveer 15h00 was Kol by my huis, die geroeste deur ondersoek, het hy 'n voorlegging gemaak, en is die saak bevredigend afgehandel. Dis ongelooflik dat die aangeleentheid so professioneel in so 'n kort rukkie afgehandel kon word, terwyl dit my presies vier (4) maande geneem het om reaksie te kry. Ek moet Maxidor gelukwens en bedank vir die uitstaande diens en oplossing wat Kol Deysel gelewer het, en versoek dat u asseblief my persoonlike dank aan hom sal oordra.
Alhoewel ek op 'n stadium redelik gatvol vir Maxidor was, het hierdie optrede u naam in ere herstel en sal ek altyd weer met julle besigheid doen.

I would like to compliment you on the service I have recently received from your company and in particular Rajesh Sharma.
I think a large part of the population sees the purchase of security barriers as a grudge purchase. I felt the same way till this week.
On the night of 29/11, we had the misfortune of having an intruder crowbar open a french door while we were in the house. This was a very unsettling experience for me, as I discovered the guy helping himself to my electronic goods, and my family, who were subject to my screams as I ran and locked us all in one of our upstairs bedrooms!

The next morning we took a decision to secure 6 doors with security gates. I got on the phone and discovered that, for three of the companies phoned, it was too late to place an order for installation this year. I managed to secure appointments with two others for the next week. I then contacted Maxidor and explained my situation and was given the number of Rajesh Sharma. I phoned him and he arranged to meet me within two hours of my call. He arrived on time, did a very good assessment of our situation and made appropriate recommendations, taking our situation and our budget into account.

His skill as a salesperson is superb. At no time did I feel pressurised to buy but the sales process was continually focused on providing the best possible solution for the family who were quite desperate to get some serious security issues addressed. The sales process lead to a natural assumption that this was the only solution we should even look at. I had no hesitation in placing the order immediately and cancelled two appointments with opposition companies for the next week as I was convinced that the package offered was the right one for us.

Rajesh explained that you had a policy of prioritising delivery and installation in cases where there had been a break in. I saw this as a bit of a sales pitch and was keen to see it actually delivered. To our astonishment, the doors were installed this morning. The cheque for the deposit had not yet been banked and the doors were ready for installation. I cannot express the relief of having adequate security in our home.

Rajesh explained the buy in you have as a company to service excellence and the adherence to ISO standards right down to the installation crews. I am impressed by the total experience thus far.

I thank you for the delivered promises and wish you well for the festive season.

Dear Miklos,

I just thought I’d pop you a note of compliment about one of your staff – Owen Langeni, as often happens in the Service Industry, one only hears complaints. This gentleman has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, punctual (which is difficult to find these days), courteous, informed and professional – all things which seem to be a hard ask in the building and service industry these days. We signed up to do the work against cheaper offers (our neighbour works for Trellidor) but felt compelled to give Owen the order, as I am sure he reflects the standard of workmanship that your company produces – hopefully your fitters are similarly trained! I vote he gets more leads!
