A note to the Managing Director Just a quick note to applaud your company on the tremendous service I received from your sales consultant Garth who came to see me yesterday. After I had seen consultants from two other companies, I must say that the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge shown by Garth was a breath of fresh air and stood head and shoulders above the service of the other two.
