To Whom it may concern I had a house break in & came home to find a broken front door & a mangled trellidor. I also have a pregnant wife who, when she saw what happened, became quite stressed about our safety. I advised him about our stress & especially about my wife not being able to sleep with security gates missing & asked if he could speed the process up. Shane was fantastic & was on the ball from the moment he left my house. My wife and I can look forward to a safe weekend due to his efficiency. Not only is your product superior but so are the quality of your staff & I will tell all my clients, friends & family about my experience with Shane & Maxidor. Good afternoon Mr. Deysel, just a short note to thank you for the excellent work during my installation. We have had two previous attempts to install with no success. I must therefore thank you for your efforts to ensure the installation is to my satisfaction and I must say it really looks good. As I have said to Deon this morning, I am certain that nobody else could have done such an excellent job than what you have achieved. I have been dealing with Deon for a long time and have spent a considerable amount at my previous and now my new house with Maxidor.Once again thank you and keep up the good work, this was not an easy installation but I can see that once we get the experts in it always goes well. Dear Sir, With Maxidor i received excellent service from phone answering, to allocating a rep in my area to assist me. That was arranged with efficiency. Mr Mokoena then phone me to schedule an appointment. I needed installation as of yesterday, since we had two break-ins in less than a month. With Mr Mokoena I received solid solutions instead of quick fixes; creativity instead of mindless conformity; decisive action instead of paralysis by analysis; smart work rather than fast work & loyalty rather than turnover. Dear Rejian, This is to inform you that because of this man’s attitude & the professional way he presented the firm & product, I will be using Maxidor! I have used Trellidor and my experience with the owner/representitive was less than satisfactory. I was treated with poor manners & a bad attitude.
