E-BARS:

• Modular burglar proofing fixture that fits neatly inside or over any reveal
• Aesthetically superior (elegant, uncluttered appearance…)
• Single upright of 16mm square tubing
• Fitted with "break-off head" screws
• Most reveals are uneven. The flexible lug bars are screwed down tightly onto them so that they take on the profile of the reveal.
• As all the uprights are the same length, the pieces of lug that stick out between the flat bar and the upright vary in length and amplify the imperfection of the reveal. As the grill caps are pushed down on the flat bar they hide this imperfection.
• EB 1.5 will cover heights from 820mm - 1550mm
• EB 2.0 will cover heights from 1500mm - 2000mm

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION :

• The lattice sections for MXM, Maxiconodor, Maxiconodor for Windows & E-Bars will already be assembled.
• A series of lattice sections needs to be connected to fit to opening.

1. MXM

• Depending on the lock side required by the application, the appropriate lock side is attached to the latticework.
• The top and bottom tracks are to be cut to the length required to fit the opening.
• Tracks are supplied in 4.5 meter lengths
• Lattices (with loose uprights provided) are joined together to meet the width requirements..

2. Maxiconodor & Maxiconodor for Windows:
 

• Depending on the lock side required by the application, the appropriate lock side is attached to the latticework.
• The top and bottom tracks are trimmed on site to the length required for the reveal
• Tracks are supplied in 4.5 metre lengths
• 244mm long steel inserts are inserted at the top & bottom of the tube.
• Depending on the height of the door, these inserts can be pulled out (if the door is to be made longer) or pushed in (if the door is to be made shorter).

3. E-Bars:

• The length of the e-bar uprights are 1500mm & 2000mm. The top & bottom of the uprights can be cut to accommodate smaller heights.
• Lug bars for the top and bottom (where the e-bars are fastened on to the opening) are available in 3000mm lengths. (Lug bar is a length of flat bar with lugs welded at regular intervals. When the lattice sections are expanded, the tubes slide over the lugs.)
• Grill caps (square nylon "caps") are slid over the tubes & lugs at the top & bottom ends of the fixture. (The grill caps are designed to, in conjunction with the flexible lug bars, hide any unevenness in the reveal. The grill caps facilitate corrosion protection. Grill caps can be color coded i.e. White, Bronze or Oyster White.)

4. E-Gates:

• The gate is in kit form where the flight holes have to be drilled on the uprights by placing a row of flights on the centre of the gate and drilling. Each size gate has a different setting for the flight holes.
• The client has to decide first which side the flights must be and then determine the lock side. The side requiring better aesthetics must not have the rivets visible.
• The lock will be loose and placed in position by the client.
• The hinge bar supplied with the e-gate is a 38mm x 50mm x 1950mm steel L-channel

EXPORT PACKAGE :
1. MXM will be packaged and shipped to you in the following format:

• Assembled LATTICE sections with loose uprights for joining of lattices
• Height selection is either 1995mm or 2200mm uprights (up to 2280 height reveal)
• 0.3 (lattice-work for 300mm - 600mm)
• 0.6 (lattice-work for 600mm - 900mm)
• 0.9 (lattice-work for 900mm - 1200mm)
  (Heights of 1450mm, 1925mm, 1995mm, 2200mm, 2400mm and 3000mm also available upon request)
• Separate assembled LOCK SECTIONS
• L-S-L (lock-section left)
• L-S-R (lock-section right)
• L-S-C (centre lock-section)

These are available for all sizes in slam-lock kit form

• Separate, loose, TOP and BOTTOM TRACKS
• Each in 4.5 metre lengths
• Fixing material for installation

2. Maxiconodor & Maxiconodor for Windows will be packaged and shipped to you in the following format:

• Assembled LATTICE sections
• Code: AL0.6 (lattice-work for 300mm - 600mm)
• Code: AL0.9 (lattice-work for 600mm - 900mm)
• Code AL1.2 (lattice-work for 900mm - 1200mm)

These cover 1900mm to 2260mm.
All available in 1837mm height with loose top and bottom inserts.

• Separate assembled LOCK SECTIONS
• L-S-L (lock-section left)
• L-S-R (lock-section right)
• L-S-C (centre lock-section)
• Separate, loose, TOP and BOTTOM TRACKS
• Each in 4.5 metre lengths
• Fixing components for installation

3. E-Bars will be packaged and shipped to you in the following format:

• Assembled LATTICE sections
• Code: EB0.3 (lattice-work consisting of 2 uprights = 360 mm)
• Code: EB0.6 (lattice-work consisting of 4 uprights = 600 mm)
• Code: EB0.9 (lattice-work consisting of 6 uprights = 840 mm)
• Code: EB1.2 (lattice-work consisting of 9 uprights = 1200mm)
• Separate, loose, LUG BARS for the top and bottom
• Each in 3.0 metre lengths
• GRILL CAPS
• Each colour (White & Bronze) available in units of 100.

4. E-Gates will be packed in cardboard and plastic with a packet attached to it that includes all the spares.

• Each DIY kit will contain:
• Gate 1950mm high
• Lock Bar 25 x 25 x 1950mm
• Hinge bar 38 x 50 x 1950mm Steel L-channel
• 25 x 25mm x 2 hole plugs
• 6 x 6mm x 75mm security screws
• Loose lock as per standard
• 2x 3815 Rivets
• 8x Blind rivets
• 6x hole plugs
• Loose flights as per size
